1. Keeping the Second Skin (Protective Film)

• Leave the second skin on for 3 to 5 days.

• If too much fluid (plasma) builds up or if the film starts peeling off early, you can remove it sooner.

2. Removing the Second Skin

• Take it off in the shower with warm water to avoid pulling on the skin.

• Gently wash the tattoo with a mild, fragrance-free soap.

• Pat dry with a clean towel (don’t rub).

3. Daily Aftercare & Hydration

• Apply a thin layer of moisturizer

(avoid Vaseline or scented creams).

• Repeat 2 to 3 times a day for about 2 weeks.

4. What to Avoid

❌ No scratching, even if it itches.

❌ No baths, pools, hot tubs, or saunas for at least 2 weeks.

❌ No direct sun exposure until fully healed.

❌ Avoid tight clothing over the tattooed area.

5. Full Healing Process

• Your tattoo will start peeling after a few days – this is normal.

• It may look healed after 2 to 3 weeks, but your skin keeps regenerating underneath for 4 to 6 weeks.

• Keep moisturizing and protect it from the sun with SPF 50 once healed.
